Africa Energy Indaba 2026 | Alpha Engages with Africa’s Energy Leaders

Alpha was proud to participate in Africa Energy Indaba 2026, held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre. The event marked Alpha’s first presence at one of the continent’s most influential gatherings for energy leaders, infrastructure operators, investors, and policymakers.

The Indaba serves as an important platform for dialogue on the future of energy across Africa. This year’s event included participation from President Cyril Ramaphosa and senior government representatives, highlighting the significance of the discussions taking place around energy development, infrastructure investment, and sector collaboration.

Throughout the event, the Alpha stand attracted strong interest and steady engagement from delegates across the energy sector. Visitors from utilities, infrastructure operators, investment groups, and service providers stopped by to learn more about Alpha and discuss the evolving risk landscape facing energy infrastructure.

The stand created a welcoming space for meaningful conversation, with many delegates returning during the course of the exhibition for further engagement. The visual presence of the stand, combined with the promotional items distributed to visitors, helped increase Alpha’s visibility across the exhibition floor and sparked additional interest from attendees.

Africa Energy Indaba brought together a wide range of industry stakeholders, creating opportunities for valuable discussions around the challenges and opportunities shaping Africa’s energy landscape. Members of the Alpha team also had the opportunity to interact with senior government representatives and members of the Presidency’s delegation attending the event. These engagements reflected the high level of participation from policymakers and decision-makers present at the Indaba.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to such a successful event.
