IUM attended the 13th SARA Rail Conference and Exhibition, held from 20th to 23rd August 2024 at the Sandton Convention Centre. This event brought together key players and rail and transport stakeholders from across the African continent and beyond, offering an invaluable platform for engagement, knowledge sharing, and strategic discussions.

As a leading figure in the insurance industry, our participation underscored IUM’s commitment to supporting and advancing the region's rail sector. The conference provided us with a unique opportunity to connect with influential partners, discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the sector, and explore how our specialised insurance solutions can continue to play a vital role in enhancing the resilience and growth of rail transport within the SADC region.
