The team conducts thorough on-site surveys to evaluate safety systems, compliance, and structural vulnerabilities.

Utilising geolocation, satellite imagery, and thermal imaging, Alpha Insure identifies environmental risks, detects electrical system overloads, and assesses hard-to-reach areas with drones. The department calculates Estimated Maximum Loss (EML) and Maximum Probable Loss (MPL), providing critical insights that shape underwriting and capacity decisions.
